We have two office locations to better serve our patients. Our primary office is located in Racine, Wisconsin, on the Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center Campus. Our second location is in Kenosha, Wisconsin, across from the Gateway Technical School on 30th Avenue.
From Milwaukee or Chicago to the Racine Office: Travel on I-94 to the Hwy 20 exit in Racine County East on Hwy 20 to Hwy 31 (Green Bay Rd) North (left) on Hwy 31 to Spring Street (2nd stop light) East (right) on Spring St. to the hospital entrance on right Turn right (south) into the hospital campus to first stop sign Turn right at the stop sign (our building is on the right)
